Chef Xiu's cuisine is known for quality, service, and has impressed most of those who look its way, and could not help but follow the aroma right into the restaurant. 

The Chef's Special Chicken, for example is pampered with fresh Chinese Basil that gives the chicken a strong and delicious taste, not to mention an enticing aroma. It also has jalapenos, chili, leeks, and garlic, so you know that this is quite the spicy dish but completely irresistible. Perhaps you would be more interested in something a little less spicy? What about a sizzling platter made up of a delicious bird, which has been heated just right, the tenderness makes it feel so delicate. It is complete with bell peppers, onion, and black beans in brown sauce. Or maybe you would like something you've heard of before? They also have Chow Mein; it has shrimp, beef, and chicken.
